Scholarships & Other Support

Throughout the year, several organizations offer educational scholarships to students. Many are posted on the Web site of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS). You should also contact a school’s financial aid office, the school of architecture, the local chapter of The American Institute of Architects and other professional societies in your community.

Students also earn money to pay for school by working (including internships) and participating in design competitions. The AIAS also publishes the leading design competitions, which provide cash prizes.
